Da Yu Ling 95k

Da Yu Ling 95k

$5.00

Da Yu Ling is part of Lishan, also known as Pear Mountain. Da Yu Ling is specific tea farms that are grouped together and are producing teas at the highest elevation in taiwan.
Since 2016 though, a lot of the tea farms at the highest elevations in Da Yu Ling have been taken back by the Taiwanese government so they could plant trees. Since manicured tea bushes don't root deep into the earth, after heavy rainfall, landslides aren't an uncommon
occurrence. So, the government is planting trees so the deeper reaching root structures will help stop corrosion on the mountains.
Because of this, Da Yu Ling teas are becoming more expensive. Teas from the 104 and 105k farms are no longer available. However, ours comes from the 95k farms and is still in supply.

Mr. Chen produced our Da Yu Ling using leaves he purchased from a farmer on Da Yu Ling. Though, we don't get ours direct from Mr. Chen, we do get it from some amazing producers that have a great long-standing relationship with him.
