This tea from Fengqing is made from a large leaf Yunnan varietal. This is a rich, round, and sweet tea with a nice full body. In my opinion, red teas produced using Chinese or Taiwanese production techniques, yield wonderful notes of chocolate and malt.

5g of tea; 130ml of water
90 degrees celcius
1.5 minute first infusion
