Gui Fei

Gui Fei

Much like Eastern Beauty, Guy Fei is a bug bitten oolong. However, it is quite different. Gui Fei is usually oxidized at 60%, rolled instead of curled, and is roasted the caramelize the sugars and make the sweetness deeper and more complex.

This particular Guy Fei was processed in lower growing regions of Shan Lin Xi. It wasn't baked until it made its way down to Mingjian. There, it was baked lightly once.
